We made an appointment for my girl friend here at 4:45 at 4:15 we got a call and told we were supposed to be there at 3:45 even though the appointment was made at 4:45 and judy agreed and reminded us to be here at 4:45 when the appointment was made. We almost didn't get to get the hair cut because she moved us with out calling so she can have another person at 5
