!!!!BUYERS BEWARE OF MAJOR SAFETY AND HEALTH CONCERN!!!! purchased a product and over time the wire got bent. I ordered a replacement of the product and put the old one away in a box to be thrown away. No big deal because thats normal wear and tear. Forgot about it for a couple months and then went to throw it away. Only to discover the head of the product had melted and had a tooth paste consistency. Worse customer service. If I had read the reviews before I placed an order I wouldn't have.
Customer service is rude and unprofessional. They hung up the phone like a child instead of helping with my purchase Never using Adam and Eve again
Items are good, but they ship DHL and DHL Sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM any of their companies. Go elsewhere. STAY AWAY.
