Sent by American Home Shield. Came out very last minute to fix a breaker that had blown. Very grateful that he was able to fix the issue the same day I requested service.
This man was sent by American Home Shield to inspect an electrical issue. After looking at the panel he told me that arc-fault breakers are too sensitive and constantly fail. When asked what the solution was he told me to pay him $200 cash outside of AHS and he would install breakers that do not meet could but would not trip. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I have reported him to the Chief Building Inspector in my county who confirmed this is illegal and they are looking further into the matter. since I declined his offer he reported to AH... read more
