I had a water leak coming from my chimney and the technician Liam came out for an inspection. She immediately identified the problem, a dip in the chase cover that was causing water to pool and leak inside. Just two days later, she came back and installed a brand new chase cover for me at a great price. I had both my chimneys repaired. One with a new pipe liner and the other had to be capped and the bricks repaired. They wrapped the entire exterior chimney in cement. It looked terrible. I rate them a 4 because they worked hard and came back the next day (after 6 pm) when I complained that it looked terrible.
