The most cold and uncaring scheduler I have ever experienced. Tried to have a question answered by Dr Annette Falchook. I don’t even know if she got the message. All I needed was an answer to my question regarding my husband who has been a patient for at least 15 years. So lacking in basic kindness and compassion.

Took my mom for an appointment with dr falchouk and I would give 10 stars if I could. We did have to wait a while but the wait was so worth it. He was so through and gave us 100% of his attention.i was impressed with him and the staff. Especially the receptionist. Always smiling , happy and polite.
