Very disappointing experience with this gastroenterology office. While the doctor and his nurse are professional, the front office staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. My husband and I were scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and were told that the medical center would call us the day before with instructions. -1 star. New Patients Be on Guard. Worthless Visit. You will get the run around and no contact back for days. At the end of running around to do labs and ultrasounds there was no follow up. We called at least 5x, and when someone finally called back we were now needing to get a referral again. Very Upset at the time wasted.
