Dr. Cox has been terrific. He communicates effectively, shows genuine interest in patient healthcare, and his entire staff works very efficiently as a team. The entire team including front office staff in Kirkwood has been incredibly responsive, and the Mercy app facilitates prompt communication re: medical inquiries, scheduling appointments, and requesting prescription refills.
