I've been seeing Dr. Amos (when I'm not too stubborn to see a Dr.) for over a decade. I have some pretty serious anxiety, so it's nice to have someone familiar I can talk to, and trust with the health issues I've had. Not only is he really good at diagnosing any issues accurately and quickly, he also remembers the person he's seeing, and their journey even though he's seen tons of people over the last decade. A family member visited doctor with symptoms of weakness. Said Covid of course. Sent to ER and went through all kinds of testing to find out it was a UTI. Really? Money talks! Individual could have been tested in the office!
Dr. Amos was quite good but the follow through of his staff is in question. I asked at the time that I had a blood draw to have my finding sent to me 5/5 . I received a phone message 5/8 saying all was good. I called back and again said I would like a written accounting of my blood test and was given a positive reply. As of 5/16 I am still waiting. I was also assured by Dr Amos that they would work on a schedule with St. Vincent hand center for an appointment. That was 5/5 and I have heard nothing. All of this is why I quit ... read more
Excellent. He was informative and his diagnosis was correct. My medical condition went away with the proper medicine he prescribed. I also took my daughter to his office twice and he was very friendly and she recovered also.
