I didn’t have a good experience here. I was dealing with severe throat pain/discomfort, but my concerns kept being dismissed as “acid reflux,” which ended up not being the issue at all. I later went to an ENT at UC Health and finally received a thorough evaluation and real answers, where they identified recurring throat infections. Dr. Goodale was very attentive, never rushing or disregarding my concerns. It’s only five days past from my Septoplasty Surgery which was done wonderfully. So far I barely had any pain and I can already breathe better.
Do not have insurance and the doctor will not even put or do the medical procedure putting a tube in my ear for self-pay won't do it I guess it ain't enough money for him.
I had the best experience with Dr Goodale and his staff, especially his nurse Ashley. I was so nervous for my tonsillectomy. Every staff member that I came across was professional, caring, and answered all of my questions, even after surgery when I asked about my healing process. I definitely recommend Dr Goodale and his staff.
