Okay person to talk to. Main issue I have is I kept getting doubled billed without any warning. The secretary was never there so we couldn't ever check our balance. Everytime we asked to fix the doubled billing it was brushed off. Had to file a state claim to get some of the money back.

The environment was calm relaxing and inviting. I so appreciate Dr. Cox effort and time put in with me. He gave me the confidence and reality to move forward in my education and my career as a nurse. There are better psychologists out there, if you’re able to, shop around. Too many things wrong to go into detail. In short, meeting with this man is a formality. There is no real concern exhibited on his end. He’ll make you wait a few minutes to be seen sometimes (which isn’t a big deal) but will cut you off in the middle of your sentence if you run 2 seconds over the time allotted. The place does smell odd too, like a wet dog as another review I read stated. I promise you there are more esteemed psychologists out there.
