I had to put 1 star in order to give a review… so back story is: I was a GREAT tenant to Adam, and when I moved out of state, I made sure the house I had lived in for 8 YEARS, was SUPER clean and put together. He continuously promised he was going to mail my security deposit check to me, but then started making excuses, and then not even responding at all. Did a job for him and he was supposed to give me my money and still has yet to give me my last $100 dollars for working with him. He bring other people into the situation and thinks that they have to make up for what he owes people and that’s not how business works. Sorry if there was a zero start rating I would give him that.
