My dog had a bad ear infection and they were able to get him in quickly. The vet techs and the doctor were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My dog was treated gently and with compassion. I highly recommend this practice.
I took my dog to their office yesterday because Ozark vet was overwhelmingly busy. I was there less than 20 minutes and my bcharge was $180 but Honey is still scratching her ears. For people who can not afford $200 pet bills, actually more because now she has to go to another vet and have it done correctly, take your money to Ozark vet. The price is better and it’s done correctly the first time. Very disappointed. Granted, they worked me in but it yielded a result that lasted less than 24 hours . My pup had parvo they put her in a supply closet in the back with no air in the summer. If I didn't visit her every day I feel like her cage would never had been cleaned. Every time I showed up she was covered in her own fluids and I cleaned her up my self. I pulled her out cause she was not showing any improvements and took her to daleville animal hospital. Found out I was not supposed to be handling her cause it is highly contagious. They had her for half the time and she was back on her feet in no time.
Nice folks they took good care of my sweet doggy when I had to go out of town .
