Dr. Nadelson took the time to quickly resolve a scheduling issue I had and has provided caring and painless medical treatment.
Staff won't follow doctor's written orders to me. They have given me no way to contact him to clear up the confusion, if there is some. He asked me specifically to see him in his office for a follow up visit in 8 weeks (would be Sept. 10). You can see he also wrote it in the instructions, which I followed to the letter. The call center and staff tell me that if I want an appointment, I can make a new one, earliest one is late October.
