I had an amazing experience with Dr. Harrell and his team! They were incredibly patient and kind throughout my entire Invisalign process. They are extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained every detail. They always made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my treatment. The results exceeded my expectations—my smile looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Harrell and his team for anyone considering Invisalign or family dental care.
No participation with any insurance. Not in network with any dental insurance comoanies. Some of their recommendations dont coincide with ADA recommendations. Rising costs. Every 6 months, co pay escalates.
Dr. Adam Harrell was excellent. He was very nice , did a good job and was very caring. I had a broken lower front tooth that he fixed. I never felt the shot and that says a lot in itself. My appointment was at 3pm and I left the office with my tooth fixed at 3:30 pm. This was my first time with him as he was assigned since my Dentist, DrFussell had retired. I was very happy with Dr. Harrell. He will be my dentist for the future.

By far the best dentist in eastern North Carolina. I got Invisalign through Dr. Harrell and had phenomenal results. The staff is also wonderful to work with and keeps you informed through the process!
