I had the most amazing visit with Dr. Adam Burroughs! I've seen him since 2019 when it was discovered that I have a heart murmur. I've had echocardiograms every year or two, and just had one last week. At my follow-up, Dr. B told me my condition hasn't worsened since I first started seeing him. He also told me I no longer need to take any meds for my heart! For the past 6 years, every doctor, except Dr. B, has put me on blood pressure meds (at one time, 4 different ones, causing my bp to plummet)! I may never go to another d... read more
His visits are friendly, quick, and concise, but he does take time to answer any questions. He addresses my mom to allow her to answer, instead of looking to me for her answers. I appreciate the respect he has for his patients experiencing cognitive decline.
Dr Burroughs is thorough, listens to my issues and makes sure I understand the plan.
