This office specifically has been so helpful to me...just like a good neighbor. They go out of their way for their policyholders and give the best service around. The girls really watch out for me and my family and Adam always make sure I'm taken care of. Highly recommend you make the switch to this office if you haven't already!
Everytime I go into the agent's office I'm always greeted at the door and assisted right away. I am very satisfied with the service I have received in Adam's office and State Farm as a company. I have been with this office for several years and would not switch no matter what price I was quoted. I also have all my financial services with Adam Bibb. I like that fact that the agent offers to meet with me individually to go over my policies each year. A+ guys! keep it up!
This agent you could never get a hold of. Their assistant is terrible at returning calls, and if she does, she is very rude! And forget about calling after 4pm during the week! Trust me, go with another State Farm agent in town or another company.
What a great insurance agent! I recently switched and could not be happier! How great to have his office so close to my home and work. Adam saved me money and took the time to explain what everything meant. Such a friendly staff, a convenient location. Why didn't I switch sooner. Highly recommend!
Saved me me like $80/month. Seemed like they were nice, and they always answer when I call. Good place. Even got a giftcard for sending my buddy to their office.
I came in and got my car insured in less than 10 minutes. Met everyone in the office, they're all really nice. Talked to Adam about getting health insurance for me and my daughter since I don't get it through work -- surprisingly comparable rates. I highly recommend Adam to anyone wanting an agent who knows what he's talking about and won't try to pressure you into buying anything.
