Dr. Bender-Heine is amazing! From the very first appointment to our post op he made us feel at ease. He is very prompt and thorough. I appreciate not having to wait hours after our appointment time before being seen. We were in and out within 15-20 minutes after our appointment time at each appointment. My daughter healed up very well and quickly after her procedure and I knew exactly what to expect because he explained everything so well. We were so grateful and thankful for the procedure he did on my daughters ear she is able to hear and no more infection..he has been one of the greatest ent dr in the valley very nuch recommend
Recently called to try and set up an appointment. Was told by Joey who answered the phone that they don't deal with problems after a severe ear infection. I tried to see them after trying to get a second opinion and was told that their office doesn't do second opinions. Then Joey said that they do second opinions a minute later. I just feel confused what an ENT looks at if I'm clearly coming for issues related to my ears.
LOVE DR. Bender Heine. He has a very lovely bedside manner and actually listened to my concerns then answered all of my questions. After my surgery the staff and even Dr. Bender Heine immediately responded to my message, addressing concerns promptly about my post opervtive medication. It’s nice to have a doctor that listens to their patients and does not constantly try to override them, especially when a patient knows what medication’s works best for them.
