This was my 1st time seeing Dr. Befeler. I felt extremely comfortable with him. Dr. Befeler explained upcoming surgery in great detail. He came very highly recommended.
Dr. Befeler is terrific. I was able to get my appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Befeler's staff was professional, spending an adequate amount of time to answers my questions. I value being able to see Dr. Befeler for his feedback on my health concerns. I would positively recommend Dr. Befeler to other patients that are needing neurosurgical advice.
I was in the hospitaldue to a horribly infected spinal fusion which had been done in Chicago. Dr. Befeler initially really impressed me and he did surgery the next day. Despite having 86 staples in my back, many calls from Infectious Disease, and many calls from the ICU doctors I never saw him again. His surgery went disastrously and I could only lie flat for months. Just being rolled made me scream in pain and I am tough! I was told that he abandons all patients who have surgical complications.
