Long Wait Times – Be Prepared While the doctors at Midwest Orthopedic at Rush – Dr. Yankes’ Office in Munster may be great, the wait times are absolutely unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, I arrived at 9:30 AM and here I am, 11:30 AM, just got put in a room with 3 people ahead of me!! If you plan to come here, bring a snack, a book, or even a light lunch because you’ll be waiting—a long time. If you value your time, this might not be the best place for you. Dr Yanke was great! Very helpful and took his time and explained everything. His staff was also very thorough and patient. They explained everything that was going on and all my options
I have a had nothing but positive experiences here as well as a very high degree of confidence and trust in Dr Yanke. He takes the time to thoroughly analyze the combination of symptoms and testing results and explains options and recommendations clearly. Thanks to his knowledge and thorough approach I was able to have a very simple procedure that addressed my knee problem - a solution that previous doctors never even mentioned or considered. I am so grateful to Dr Yanke and his team!
