Adam is the most competent therapist I have ever gone to. He is an anatomy nerd and integrates multiple somatic approaches in his practice. Seeing him feels like a top notch masseuse mixed with a physical therapist. His concern is to help you feel your best is your body and will use whatever is needed for the issue.
