Dr. Shpigel and his team are highly skilled professionals. Dr Shpigel consulted with me prior, during and after the procedure. He was empathetic, patient and set my mind at ease for the procedure. The grace and care Dr Shpigel and his team demonstrated before, during and after my procedure was remarkable.
Dr. Shpigel saved my husband's life. He pushed things along and works closely with the amazing Dr. Baker in the surgery dept. We learned my husband is in CHF, and had an aortic aneurysm that went from 3.5cm to 6cm in less than 4 weeks, he was carefully monitored and they got him to the operating table while the cardiologists at Mercy were still trying to get him an appointment after 6 weeks--He would never have survived waiting on Mercy's timeline. He is negligent in the care of his patients and due to his office and their negligence in “forgetting” to refill my lifesaving prescription, I ended up in a crisis situation. Would not recommend to anyone seeking care for heart related matters.
