BIGGEST LIER IN THE BUSINESS. HE NOT ONLY LIED TO ME AS A CUSTOMER BUT TO HIS OWN WORKERS AND NEVER PAYED THEM. HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
