Extremely rude
Staff is always friendly but very business like never a line if you go in the morning when they first open otherwise the line is usually long usually pretty clean considering the place glad I'm done with the place
Can't say this was exactly a pleasurable experience considering the nature of the business, but overall a nice place. The staff was polite and friendly. They do perform EtG testing for alcohol that is sent to another facility and results are typically back in about 7 days, but up to 2 weeks under certain circumstances. I also assume they accept walk in testing without prior authorization. I recommend A.D.A.M. over Garcia Lab's, their staff is rude, judgemental & charge more.
They are more than happy to have a line of people outside in 10 degree weather for 25 min or longer waiting to give their sample. Ridiculous. Not a single concern for anything else the clients have going on.
Never had an issue dealing with ADAM.
