Staff is always friendly but very business like never a line if you go in the morning when they first open otherwise the line is usually long usually pretty clean considering the place glad I'm done with the place
Can't say this was exactly a pleasurable experience considering the nature of the business, but overall a nice place. The staff was polite and friendly. They do perform EtG testing for alcohol that is sent to another facility and results are typically back in about 7 days, but up to 2 weeks under certain circumstances. I also assume they accept walk in testing without prior authorization. I recommend A.D.A.M. over Garcia Lab's, their staff is rude, judgemental & charge more.
