Dr. Philip is a kind and personable physician, and I’ve known him for many years. I believe he genuinely means well. However, over time, I’ve had multiple experiences where I did not feel my concerns were fully heard or appropriately addressed, which ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. I have been seeing Dr Pilip for about 2.5 yrs. He is amazing, takes his time and explains everything. His office on the other hand is in NEED OF A KNOWLEDGEABLE FINANCIAL COORDINATOR!!!!!! I work in medical field and I can’t believe they have no one there to discuss- treatments, testing, ins benefits and copays! Recently had a test done that was not needed Never did they mention anything in regards to cost ( I have been covered except for my small copay for office visits ) ins NOTHING! I have been a "member" of Dr. Pilip practice, for well over 8 years I say "member" because it's how I feel when I need to see the Doctor. Both Dr. Pilip and Doctor Nyaar are excellent physicians. Both take the time to explain and ensure your in tip top shape, they're staff respond quickly to your needs for prompt appointments medications. I appreciate them so much!
