I really appreciate this apartment complex for the time my family and I lived here, especially when we needed it the most. If you mind your business, keep your place clean, and pay your rent on time, you shouldn’t have any problems. The location is great and very convenient to gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. The apartment manager always addressed any needs or concerns I had. I have lived at this apartment community for four years, and one of the main reasons I have chosen to stay is the sense of safety and security I feel here. The office staff is consistently attentive, professional, and diligent in ensuring residents are well cared for. Whenever maintenance is needed, it is handled promptly. For example, when a light went out in our apartment, Becca from maintenance responded immediately and replaced it without delay. Their hours of operation are anything but convenient. I brought in all necessary paperwork and payment for the application process just for them to deny me the next week due to “credit issues”. There was not one thing stated on that application saying there was a minimum credit rating to qualify for their housing nor was anything mentioned when we went over all my information before payment was made.
