Kathi was really helpful with my decision to buy a replacement for my wedding ring that had lost its diamond. Even though it's not as hard as a diamond, I decided on an aquamarine ring since I love the light blue color and it's also my birthstone! The absolute best jewelry store! Kathi is my go-to person there; she is absolutely great! I had the ring with a horrible ruby in it. Kathi helped me select the perfect lab-created diamond to replace the ruby and although I didn’t think to take a pic of the ring before, it looks a million times better now!
Needed batteries replaced and old watches and they took care of that very quickly. One watch batteries were discontinued, but they researched it to help me find what would work. I’ve taken several watches and I never have to wait. I get immediate help every time I come in and they are very kind and courteous.
