We had a wonderful experience at this tea store. Their tea selection is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The employee who helped us was professional and very knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us and answer our questions. It made the visit especially enjoyable. We’re looking forward to coming back and trying more of their teas.

I placed an order and received the package destroyed. I reached out for assistance and received this email listed below which means I received nothing and am now out the $60 in teas I purchased as a gift. I’m a frequent customer at your Old Orchard Skokie Adagio store location. I would like to share with you an unfortunate experience I had at the store recently. I purchased a to go tea and some additional items in store. The staff member notified me that I have $16 worth of credit on my account at the register. My total was only $11 so she said I will be able to use the points at a different time.
