I’ve been ordering tea from Adagio since 2016 and have only had great experiences every time I order. The tea is fantastic and their website is easy to navigate. They keep my order history, preferences and points up to date and apply the points to my order with no hassle, along with any birthday discounts and coupons. My only complaint is that the app never seems to work for me, but I just go to the website and there’s never a problem. Quick delivery and again delicious tea.
i love this place so much, the people here are so nice and the tea selection is amazing!!!! theres so much to choose from. my favorite teas in the world are sold here. also the buy 4 get 1 free deal is so good i literally cant walk out without 5 bags of tea
love this tea shop, we were helped by a lovely worker named Erika who shared her favorite teas and the best hidden gems in the store !! we came home with so much tea, thanks so much♡
Showed up 2 separate times (3:20 and 4:30) on two separate days and both times the store was closed during their normal operating hours. The tea is good but it’s too far from the city to have unreliable hours (for me personally). Also I know this is more of a staffing issue than an issue with the service or product. In the end not totally worth it. Replying to the stores question; I visited around 430-4:40pm on I think Tuesday 4th, and then again today, Tuesday the 11th, around 3:20pm. Thanks for the response!
