Worst customer service , very rude people. I am regular customer , but their attitude made me leave . I can find different tea shop .

I absolutely love coming to Adagio Teas Old Orchard not just because of the awesome product and wide quality selections of teas but, also the great customer service of an associate by the name of Jacob, whom is so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Jacob is a great addition to this store because he educates and anticipates the needs of his consumers. I highly recommend you come and shop here‼️ You will enjoy the products as well‼️
