I took my 16 year old son into Ada Vision for an eye exam, new glasses and fitting for contact lenses. The exam was fine, but they charged an additional 100 dollars for the contact lens fitting and refused to write the prescription unless my son allowed the doctor to place the lens in his eye. I have worn contacts for 30 years and have NEVER been required to do this. Consequently, we wasted that money as he couldn't let the doctor do it and wasn't allowed to do it himself. I have seen Dr. Noble for a few years now and I am very happy with him as my doctor.
I was new to town and picked Ada Vision Center because it was close to where I worked. I had such a good experience I wanted to write a review, which I rarely do. From the time I scheduled the appointment, to my arrival at the office, to seeing the doctor, everyone was so friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail. I recently was seen at Ada Vision Center by Dr. Noble. He was able to determine a solution to my vision problem that my prior ophthalmologist was unable to help me with for the past 3 years. In addition, he fit me with contact lenses! This was the first time in my life that I was ever able to wear contacts. My prior doctor told me I wasn't able to wear contacts due to my astigmatism but just 2 visits with Dr. Noble and I now can wear contacts. Ada Vision was completely unreasonable. I thought I was a good customer, but they were unable to help me sastifactorally satisfy my glasses desire.
