I enjoy learning new forms of physical activity, so I visited this studio to ask a few questions and take a quick look before deciding whether to join their pole dancing membership. I first stopped by on a Thursday during the hours listed on Google, but the door was closed. When I reached out, I was told an instructor would be there between 6:15 and 6:30pm on Friday before class. Ada Pole Studios is by far my favourite pole studio! The teachers are so welcoming and clearly care for each and every student. I have previously given up on pole when I've tried it for a couple of weeks, but at this studio I've continued turning up for months and continue to consistently improve my technique each week. Lauren, Elizabeth, Olive, Ana, Anastasia and Dani are all excellent instructors - and I've learned from all of them; they each bring a different energy to their classes and it's always so fun and engaging.
