Dr Ortiz is a very caring compassionate person. She is the ONLY OBGYN I have ever felt 100% comfortable seeing. I became her patient close to 15 years ago & she delivered my 2nd born 13 years ago.
I have had a TERRIBLE experience since the first time I met Dr. Ortiz and to top it off 4 days prior to my scheduled c-section I get a phone call stating Dr. Ortiz will not be in the office so asked if I could switch hospitals and do it tomorrow. I don’t want to have my baby in CB so I declined the offer and now I have to have my c-section with a whole new doctor that I have never met before. Never again will I go to Dr. Ortiz.
