The phone person is great at customer service, but no follow up. I called on 5/4/16 for a knee roller, faxed my prescription over on 5/16/16 and they are still stating they ordered them it should be in a day or 2.. well we at day 13 and still no phone calls or follow from this store. When I call the guy says I am always here, no need to do paper work online but still nothing has been done, I called Wendor and Roberts on 5/18/2016 they had one that just came in, she tagged my name on it and said they will hold for 24 hrs, the... read more
