Always quick, simple, and professional when setting up a pickup. I usually speak with Todd but they're all good folks there. They work with a lot of independent and "hot shot" carriers but they have an eye for picking ones who are reasonably good with keeping schedule.
Had a dust collector shipped through them. They were very quick to deliver and the driver was super helpful getting me unloaded and helped guide me through our parking lot to put it in place.
