It was our pleasure to work with JD at this year’s Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black on Long Island. This represented the largest build ever for golf, and ADA Lift Rentals of America were a great partner. All Vendors were challenged by the scale and the scope of this major project, but JD and the team rose to the occasion. This is a long time coming review… JD Dempsey is nothing short of heroic and amazing for taking care of any breakdowns that affected people who were disabled when the lifts wouldn’t work. He went beyond what was expected and was always in full communication for the tournament of champions both of 2025 and 2026 and even for the concert in 2025. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I felt that I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully by the staff. Their behavior came across as unprofessional, and my overall experience left me feeling unwelcome. I hope the company takes customer concerns seriously and works on treating everyone with respect and fairness.
Pedro was our technician onsite. He went above and beyond making sure we were set and ready for our onsite inspection. Without Pedro our event couldn’t have happened.
