He was extremely quick in his response along with his ability to quickly make sure that any perceived issue was managed quickly. His ability to train people on the proper use of the elevators also contributed to the success of our event as those needed Lifts were able to be operated without user error. I attended the Bay Hill golf tournament in March with a cast and walking scooter due to a torn Achilles…ADA Lifts made my experience so much easier. Their lifts provided easy access to the hospitality tents…definitely something you take for granted until you have to use them. Awesome product!
Pedro was assigned to our tournament, the John Deere Classic. He did a great job installing the units and he excels in communication. Hope to have Pedro back next year.
