I've tried a bunch of HVAC companies over the year. If you want someone to fix and keep your unit running, your "HVAC" guy. Then go to ADA. They sell new ones but unlike their competitors they'll keep yours alive and they are not "sell first". They seem more trustworthy to me.
I love the service from ADA. They are prompt, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. They get you scheduled quickly and are friendly. I trust them, and just leave them to do their work and lock the door behind them. Billy has been the service tech most of the time to my house. Highly recommend.

I manage a 214-unit complex and have been using ADA for a few years now. They are always timely, particularly in my occupied units or any other pressing or emergency calls. Technicians are always professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy to send inside our residents' homes. Prices are also competitive to other bids we have received in this market.
