Brought my little Severus here yesterday for a private private cremation. Juan was so courteous and really pleasant and guided me through the services they provided. I got to see my boy go into the chamber and Trevor was absolutely great as well. What a wonderful facility to bring our loved one. I was handed my boy’s urn (still warm) by Trevor with a lovely bag and certificate of cremation. Excellent, I lost my little girl (kitten), all valley animal clinic said it would take up to a week, she would be on ain a freezer shelf, the couple at Ada crematorium helped me out of the car let me say goodbye and I was able to pick her up at the end of the day. They were wonderful!!
