My fur baby passed away unexpectedly and my vet recommended West Coast for her cremation. When I called them they were so kind and helpful. That considerate and caring manner continued when I brought Ivy to them. I appreciate their compassion and professionalism during this difficult time.

I can't put into words how much I appreciate west coast. I had to send my furbaby over the rainbow bridge but due to the the vet office I went through i was not supposed to get Bella back. I went to pick up my items to find out the person that filled out the paperwork i found out thet my wishes were not being followed. The vet office said the issue was my fault for not double checking the paperwork even though I was devastated by my loss. I left west coast a voicemail explaining the problem. I had to cremate my best friend Figgy today. I decided that I wanted a viewing and I wanted to be with him one last time. The staff was so compassionate, kind, understanding and respectful towards me and my cat in every way. I was able to find a little bit more closure today because I was able to be there with my baby and because I saw that he was in good hands. After about 2 hours I was able to take my baby home with me in a beautiful urn. Thank you guys for taking great care of me and my baby!
