UPDATE-10/7/2025--- Been here about a month. Have no complaints. Some of the places I have been to have been slightly more skilled required compared to previous company. I like the challenge. Have had a couple of minor hiccups at no fault of AD or my driver managers. Typical trucking stuff. This place feels like real trucking to me compared to previous employer. Been a driver here going on 13 years as of January 2025 (IN FACT, THE SECOND DRIVING JOB I'VE HAD.) (Which is a reflection on me, not a reflection of the company.) It was an average place as a driver to work. Over the past few years the companies' hiring practices have gotten less and less restrictive. I used to see this company as the place I would retire from, but not anymore. They no longer pay a competitive wage or value experience as a driver, so an experienced driver makes the same as a new driver. The equipment is new... read more
