We had an excellent experience with A&D Mortgage Loan - from the initial contact with the mortgage loan originator, Uri Nathanson, to our closing. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. The whole transaction was complete within a month. Very recommend!
We had the very worst experience with acquiring a mortgage loan in my entire life and I have bought many properties prior to this. They never meet any deadlines or delivered on any promises which they made. They were dishonest, unresponsive and they would always say they would call you back with a response within 1-2 hours and never heard from them. We had very bad experience with Account Executive Elbert Watts, and his manager David Thompson. Never tell us the truth, always said call you back, I am working on that. We cannot close on time, extended the contract many times, not professional at all. I would not recommend to anybody.
My experience with the MLO and Processor from AG Mortgage has been just mediocre, its pure luck that the transaction actually closed. I saw several negative reviews about AD Mortgage and was anxious when my client informed me about using them as lenders for the transaction. Throughout the process I had to constantly follow up to get any information of how things were moving along.
