Whenever I first moved here, it was considered a community for the elderly(&/or)disabled people and the rules were very simple. However the owner sold it then the entire parks lot rent sky rocketed up about 5 x's the original price of the lot rent. It is a very good place to live and everyone is very friendly, I wish I could stay living here but things are becoming a bit pricey for me, and my mother whom I live with as well.
