Popped in last week with no prior appt (not for the first time) and received the usual prompt and expert service. However I wasn't at my best due to very recent family bereavement and I want to say thank you so much for all your care, you know what you did, and it went far beyond the call and really helped me at a difficult time. Will definitely be back next time I need to thank you in person.
Superb service. Broke my denture on Monday night at 21:10. Submitted an online form to AD Laboratories to ensure they received it first thing next morning. Received a response about 20 minutes later say to bring denture in next day after 09:00. Took denture in at 09:00, repaired to a very high standard at a very reasonable cost and home by 11:30. Thanks AD Laboratories for a fast, professional, friendly service. Highly recommend
After a breakage of my denture I contacted ADL, friendly welcoming and so helpful. Repaired while I waited. Can't praise them enough
