I am concerned that after more than a year since assuming the position of trustee of my deceased aunt's trust, John DePiazza has provided no accounting of the assets under his management to the beneficiaries of the trust. I have no idea what the trust's value was at the time he took control, what its current value is, if he has made disbursements, or what he and his firm are billing the trust.
