We hired Marcus Brown to install a new Trane ductless mini split system and he installed a different system without our knowledge. He altered the final invoice by taking the Trane name out. The new system didn't produce heat and the outside wiring is sloppy, dangerous and definitely not up to code. We had to turn the system off and cover the exposed wires to keep the moisture out.When we contacted Marcus he said he would be in the area Nov 2nd to service the system between noon and 2, but he didn't show or contact us to resc... read more

Marcus with A&D air comfort services was sent to us from our home warranty company. He installed a brand new heating and AC unit. After 3 months, the heater quit working. He came out the next day to take a look and said that he fixed it. The heater was not fixed. We tried contacting him the next day and many many days after and he would never answer or return our calls. We are in the process of escalating this complaint. We were guaranteed a 1 year parts warranty, but apparently he gets around that by just ghosting his custo... read more
