Where do I start... Do not hire this company to do anything, pool related or not! This has been the worst contracting experience of my life. I started a pool contract with Frank in June of 2020. He made a lot of promises, came out a broke ground then the problems started. First, this guy does not have a team which he lied about. He subcontracts everything out. Owner is extremely rude!
We contracted with Frank at Acworth Pools in 2017 to put in our pool. From the first meeting, he was straight-forward and honest in his recommendations and answering our questions. His team was hard-working and tireless in making sure the job was done with quality and on schedule (even with all the rain delays that were beyond their control). Excellent work and fair price. Had my pool built 14 years ago and have enjoyed it and the low maintenance. Frank has over the years been available and courteous when ever I needed chemicals or a pool item . I have recommended him to friends and neighbors. Highly recommend!
Horrible work on our pool install. We haven’t had a single year go by without an issue. This pool has ended up costing us a fortune in repairs.
