AVOID THIS CLINIC FOR BILLING. They charged me $200.25 out of pocket even though my Medicaid was active. Now, my insurance portal shows they ALREADY PAID $559.28 for the same service. They were double paid and now they are dodging my calls and emails for a refund. I call the billing department has been unresponsive. This is illegal double billing. I am filing a formal complaint with the State.
