I’m sad to share this truly disastrous experience. We had a brand new AC Pro heat pump installed by ACVolt over a year ago, and it has failed to perform since day one. During the winter, the heating output was very weak and struggled to keep the house comfortable. Now that summer has arrived, the cooling is essentially useless — the unit runs constantly but barely drops the temperature.
