I had such an unpleasant renting experience with Accute (first off, do they even know what accute means?! Accute is sick or viral- so thinking about it, yea- its appropriate!). If I ever had any kind of problems from maintenance to annoying neighbors- well, I was on my own. I kept my apartment in perfect condition, I even painted using money out of my own pocket. HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGERS! They wont fix anything that is broken. Do NOT rent from these guys. And while you are at it, dont drink from the EVO BEAN coffee cart either, of which they own.

I just moved to Denver, and before having the opportunity to work with Andrew and Jason of Acute, I had a tough time finding a palce to live. I wanted to live in a cool neighborhood with lots of places (restaurants, bars, shops) within walking distance and in a building with other young professionals. I looked all over Cap Hill, Uptown and Wash Park, and was getting very discouraged by all the dingy, depressing apartments I looked at.
