I read some of the reviews that are negative..I have been going to them for a few years and my family for more years than me. Never had a poblem with any of the staff or the doctors. ALways returm my calls. Some people are ignorant and impatient.
Everytime I call the office I get put on hold and then disconnect. I left a message to have a prescription filled and asked for a reply....nothing. this is very frustrating. Recommend creating a website like greencastle dentist were you can request a prescription refill or make an appointment on line. This could free up the busy receptionist to handle fewer calls. Looks like I will need to find another doctor.
Whoever answers phones likes to put you on hold for 9 min til they are closed and you can’t call them back. Rude. Wouldn’t recommend them !!!!! Update got a call back got my problem fixed still wouldn’t come here.
People there are very nice and helpful! I had a awesome experience there today, I highly recommend everyone to get their medical care with them 🥰
