The person at the desk was extremely rude when I ask if my daughter was next to be seen she called people that had just arrived instead of my 7 year old. When I asked if she was next she was extremely rude all I wanted was for my daughter to be seen for vomiting she is very dehydrated waited for 45 minutes plus for her to be seen very disappointed for the treatment at my hospital of choice.

If you have a loved one, please seek the best hospital because I cannot describe how horrible this place was... read more

I had a nerve block procedure with Dr. Neil Kirschen at the McGann Pavilion on August 22, 2025. It is the building directly behind Mercy Hospital right past the ER entrance. From the moment I walked in, until the second I left, every single staff member was outstanding. I was nervous because I never had this procedure before but they treated me with kindness and compassion. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions that I had. I highly recommend this doctor, his staff and this facility. ... read more
