The Doctors and Nurses staff are amazing at this hospital. My wife had both of our children at this hospital. The care she and the baby received was amazing. The staff made use fell like family. I would recommend anybody to come Mercy Hospital to get the best care possible.
Worst customer service I got there at 4 PM with abdominal pain. They took me to express ER. I was there literally for two hours. They asked me to pee in a cup and then never came back after one hour. Doctor came said they will run a lot of test and they only did one test I was there and then it told me they were closed that they will move me to the ER Again. I asked the nurse what’s going on. October 21, 2025 Mercy hospital treated my 16 yr old son with a football injury on the wrist(wasn’t broken) just pain, unfortunately he was not a priority. Checked in at 530ish, X ray at 8pm and never got results. Waited for almost 2 MORE hours for a radiologist to review this x ray. Now it’s 10pm, still nothing !!!! I will never come back here or recommend for Emergency care. I asked how long , nurse said about 45mins. My son was in mild pain and I had to be to work by 10pm.
