Staff are knowledgeable with what is happening with my mom. Great communication skill with the nurse and therapist and all concerns was directed correctly.
Acute Home Health Care Services has been God sent to our family. Their professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care of our mother is deeply appreciated from the very start. We receive phone calls when to expect each service to confirm our availability. Our mother has enjoyed the following services with Acute HHCS, Physical Therapy, RN, LVN, Hygiene Care. These people do not have the compassion to work with the elderly.... they have people (their own employees) write reviews since they've been reported to the state. For lack of not only office staff but the way patients rights have not been met.
Staff were very friendly. They were able to provide the services I requested. The services went above & beyond my expectations!
