Kayla was very professional and explained every step in the process including removing that yucky ear wax.Great way to get your ears examined.I am excited about my new hearing aids.
Kayla answered all my questions, repaired my hearing aids, reviewed my hearing testing and clearly advised me on future choices. I highly recommend her if you have any questions or concerns regarding a hearing loss or hearing aid problem.
Kayla is very professional and answered all my questions. I knew nothing about hearing aids. She tested me and explained in layman's terms my results. Felt so comfortable bought hearing aids at first appointment. Her follow up is great!! Checkup to clean hearing aids and make some minor adjustments. This time I saw Melissa.
