My aids needed repair. No loaner aids were available. So I am WOHA. With out hearing aids.
Kayla is very professional and answered all my questions. I knew nothing about hearing aids. She tested me and explained in layman's terms my results. Felt so comfortable bought hearing aids at first appointment. Her follow up is great!! Checkup to clean hearing aids and make some minor adjustments. This time I saw Melissa.
