The staff and doctors are all very nice and caring however we have been misdiagnosed multiple times. We were told my daughter had strep throat when she actually had rsv. Our most recent visit we were told my son had a viral respiratory infection when he actually had whooping cough.
Very uncaring receptionist and nurse pract. Was more concerned with closing early than taking care of patients.
Rebecca is nice.
Staff was great . But nurse practitioner most definitely not . Telling someone with mental health issues there’s nothing you can do for them is more than unprofessional & most definitely shouldn’t have the position she has Rebecca Butler !!!!
